Check This Out!!
Today is a happy mail day at Kraftin' Kimmie Central! Haha! I received my copies of the Crafty Stamper magazine!!! Do you remember me mentioning that amazing Krafty Girl, Elaine Hughes was featured in a UK magazine featuring Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps??? Well, my copies arrived in my mailbox today!!!
Elaine did an incredible tutorial on Copic airbrushing and how to created wonderful backgrounds using the airbrush tool. She featured some images from our Moonlight Whispers line of summer stamps....and it's a three page spread!!! Wanna see????
Here is the cover of the magazine in case you want to scoop one up for yourself. I asked Elaine to send me some straight from England (because I just couldn't wait) but I know that Chapters carries this magazine, so I'm sure places like Borders do too. It's the August 2010 issue.
The first two pages feature a gorgeous card with Florence and show step by step instructions on how to create the sky and sandy background Elaine used.
The third page shows the other two amazing creations she made with the same background. These cards feature Jack and Eleanor!!
I'm SO very proud of Elaine for this incredible feature in such a wonderful magazine and SO thrilled to see our stamps in there! Honestly, I was jumping around in the kitchen like a crazy woman.....but can ya blame me??? And of course I had my husband run outside and take pictures of the magazine on the patio table, so I could share it with you all!

That is AWESOME! I am so excited for you and you should be jumping out of your skin and very proud of your stamp business. Your stamps are incredible are you are an amazing business woman. I can't wait until my store closes tonight to go for a walk to my local Chapters store to get my copy.
