Krafty Tips and Tuts #46 ~ Airbrushing backgrounds

Hey everyone! Peggy here today to show you how I airbrush my backgrounds!  Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy! For today's tutorial I have used the super cute Cave Kids set!  I think this set is so much fun.

To start I stamped my image twice and once onto a sticky note to help with masking.

I then line up the masked image and airbrush the ground.  I am not going to worry about over spray along the edges too much as we will be trimming our image when we are done.

I then move on to the main part of the image starting with my darkest colour, I like to use this as close to the image as possible and then work out getting lighter as I go.

I have finished airbrushing and as you can see there is some over spray on the ground, but with trimming no one will ever know! LOL

I then coloured up my 2nd image and am ready to fussy cut and attach it to the main panel.

I then finished up my card and attached the image!

I hope you have enjoyed today's tutorial!

Peg
