Hey everyone! Krafty Girl Stephanie here with you today to share a CAS card for this last Anything goes challenge of July! I simply ADORE the Sweet Summer Sentiments set released by my friend Becky, because not only can you use everything that's on it as a focus point, but you can also use bits here and there as a background, like I just did!

   

Krafty Tips and Tutes: Using stamps in your pocket pages

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Hope you have a wonderful upcoming week! Krafty Girl Alexis here for another Krafty Tips and Tutes!! Today I am going to talk to you about incorporating stamps in your pocket pages or Project Life!!! I am new to this myself and have had some fun with this! Below are two pages I created in my Project Life Album!

I know they are a bit hard to see so I will show you some individual cards I created!! On the card below I used a stamp from our Scrapbook Essentials set. I think this camera stamps worked exextremely well with the photo. I specifically chose this because I could stamp it in a single colour that would stand out really well on the paper I chose.

On the card below I used an image I coloured with my copic from our Oh Snap! set. For this I had stamped the image on my copic paper and coloured her with my markers. I then fussy cut her out and adhered her to the premade Project Life card.

Our new Scrapbook Essentials set has this really great DATE stamp that I used for the card below. It really stands out stamped in black. 

For this card I chose to use one of the sayings from our Scrapbook Essentials set however, this time instead of stamping in black I choose to use a colour. This set is extremly versatile and works not only with Project Life/Pocket Pages but can be used on your cards as well.

Here I wanted to showcase a really great sentiment from our Oh Snap set. I really wanted it to pop so I made this card using some patterned paper and some different pieces of cardstock. I then stamped the sentiment in black and adhered it all together.

Here is one of my favorites! I used Becky's set Hello, Friend! on this card. They saying fit so well with my overall pages but isn't it very true though that friends are the sunshine in your life. They are the family you choose!

Lastly, I wanted to show you another great idea on how to incorporate your stamps into your Project Life/Pocket Pages. This time all I did was stamp my image from Oh Snap in black right on my card and Voila! done.

So to recap, you can used your stamps many ways in your Project Life/Pocket pages. You can used sentiments, our scrapbooking set, even the images (coloured and not coloured) to add more to your pages!!!

Hey there!  Krafty Girl Tangii here as this week's VACATION challenge hostess!  Summer is just about half over and hopefully you've gotten at least one little vacation in!  Now's a great time to make a scrap or pocket page of some of those vacation photo's or make a vacation themed card to send instead of a post card!  Kraftin Kimmie stamps has TONS of great stamps for this theme!  Well, due to an unforseen issue, I wasn't able to get my project finished (yet), but in honor of SUMMER VACATION, here's one of my more recent fave cards using Squishy Hugs by Emilie!

Hey yall!!  Krafty Girl Tangii here and I'm this week's WW Hostess!  Last Saturday's challenge was BEACH theme and I created a couple of PL cards (you can see these and details on these cards below on this blog post), well I wanted to create a few more using the NEW Scrapbook Essentials set.  I'm a little embarrassed at how quickly these came together, but just goes to show ya don't have to spend a lot of time on things to make them UBER-cute!!

To celebrate we are kicking off a BRAND NEW monthly challenge hosted by the wonderful Krafty Girl, Tangii!!!  

Hey yall!!  Tangii here, and I am so very excited to be kicking off this new challenge!!!  It’s going to be called our KRAFTY SKRAPPY CHALLENGE!  I am a traditional scrapper at heart, but creating pocket page cards is so fun and quick!!  Come play along with us each month and let's get some of those photo's out of boxes and on to something creative and fun!!  You will have a whole month to play along and you can play as many times as you like!   Here are a few things to remember...

THIS MONTH' THEME: ANYTHING GOES!!

1.  Create ANY scrap page, Project Life Layout or pocket page cards, altered item, etc.  JUST NOT A CARD!
2.  MUST use Kraftin Kimmie stamps to be entered in to the drawing.
3.  You have a month to play, enter AS MANY TIMES as you'd like!
4.  PRIZES?!?  Of course there are prizes!!  To kick of our brand new challenge, for every 10 entries Kimmie will draw one random player for a PRIZE!
5.  You have until Monday, August 17th @ 9:00 pm Eastern. to get your entires in.
6.  Be sure to also share your creations on our Krafty Friends FB page so we can all drool and OH and AH!

Now several of the Krafty Girls and Krafty Guests have created some amazing eye-candy to give you some more inspiration.  Some of them are seasoned scrappers, some are die-hard Project Lifers, some are Mixed Media marvels and some are "not scrappers" but fell in love with what they created (what do you want to bet we see LOTS of creations from this last group over the next months!)!  Some have used the NEW Scrapbook Essentials set and some have used other Kraftin Kimmie Stamps...
