Mid month Challenge Inspiration Post, July Release Recap, and Reading is lit release!

 Good morning, krafty friends!

I cannot believe it's the middle of the month already! We have quite a few exciting things going on this month! 

Starting with a reminder that you have just a few weeks to join us in our monthly challenges as a reminder the themed challenges for August are make a Children's card (think birthday, congrats, back to school, encouragment etc), and the second theme is 3 or more colours! 

The Christmas challenge is Snow men/ buddies! 
As always you can participate in the Anything but a card challenge (think bookmarks, ATC, Tags, Journals, calanders etc). Feel free to just use one challenge prompt or combine them!  

For some creative inspiration check out some of our DT girls projects!

First up we have a funky super fun card by artist Melanie!

She used the Dino Mite stamp set, Nautical Netting stencil, and our gorgeous Soft Sage ink.

Next up we have a bright and summery look from Dalis featuring Sum Sum Summertime (note this stamps set is not in stock at the moment but we do have another sand castle in the Good Times and Tan Lines stamp set)

Next up Patti gives us a nautical card using Ahoy Sailor stamp set. Lulu looks so cute in some retro nautical colours! 

And one more from Danielle featuring an image from the Zoodles stamp set. 

She used the Lucious Leaves stencil with Soft Sage and Fresh Fields hybrid inks. Soft Sage is the ink of the month special. 

Today we are celebrating a new stamp set Reading is lit and Bookshelves laying stencil. A few of the krafty girls will be hopping on live in the Facebook group showcasing this special release. Both the stencil and stamp set has limited numbers in stock, and once they are gone they are gone! Grab yours now while supplies last! 

We are also recaping July's release with some new projects! 

First we had two new stamp sets Light it up, and Gopher it . We also have the new stencil Leafy Geo. Here are some samples featuring these new products.

Lastly if you haven't heard we are having a fall virtual retreat next month!

We are posting all of our August Challenges today so get ready to have some fun getting krafty this month!  August reminds me of hot days lounging by the pool, sipping on a cold icy drink, taking in festivals, and the excitement of back to school supplies! We hope during this busy month you'll find some krafty time for yourself and play along with our challenges!

First up we have a this super stylish mini fold out album cover from Krafty Design Team member, Lindsy featuring What's the scoop!

I just adore how vibrant this album cover is. I feel like my preteen niece would think it's so cool! 

Heather has made the cutest baby card featuring Look out world!

As always, Krafty Girl Heather has the perfect paper to go with this stamp
set! Those clouds are so much fun! 

Alexis has a beautiful card featuring Mermaid Kisses

I love the mix of pattern papers and her multi coloured card! 

As everyone is busy with summer plans, we were not able to make as many cards for the challenges , so instead I thought we would showcase some cards featured on Kraftin Kimmie Facebook Group! 

Customer and Krafty Friend, Michelle may have read our minds for August's challenges. 

I just love the soft pastel blend with Geo 2 Stencil it reminded me that I need to bring out that stencil more, as I do love any of the geo stencils

I also love the soft simple colour palette and blending on these cards featuring
