Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

My favorite time of the year is summer, so I thought it would be awesome to have a summer challenge. The card I created is made with one of my favorite releases stampset "Ocean of Love".

Well hello there Krafty Peeps!!! Alexis here today with my creation for Wonderful Wednesday!!!
Super excited to be sharing with you my newest card featuring OCEANS OF LOVE! I have to say I just LOVE this stamp set!!! I wanted to create a CAS card. I used paper by Doodlebug along with some of their twine. Hope you can play along with us!

   

July Krafty Skrappy challenge, aka ANYthing but a card!

Hey yall!!  Tangii here, welcome back for another month of Krafty Skrappin!!!  

For this challenge you can create ANYthing your little heart desires as long as it's NOT a card!!!  Calendars, bookmarks, pocket pages, traditional scrap pages, holiday gifties, planner pages... you get the picture!  Come play along with us each month and let's get some of those photo's out of boxes and on to something creative and fun!!  You will have a whole month to play along and you can play as many times as you like!   Here are a few things to remember...

THIS MONTH'S THEME: ANYTHING GOES!!!

1.  Create ANY scrap page, Project Life Layout or pocket page cards, altered item, etc.  JUST NOT A CARD!
2.  MUST be a NEW creation (created on or after this post date)
3.  MUST use Kraftin Kimmie stamps to be entered in to the drawing.
4.  You have a month to play, enter AS MANY TIMES as you'd like!
5.  PRIZES?!?  Of course there are prizes!!  Once we've reached 5 entries, we draw a random winner (winner will be drawn at the close of the challenge)!!
6.  You have until Monday, August 22nd @ 11:59 pm Eastern to get your entries in.
7.  Be sure to also share your creations on our Krafty Friends FB page so we can all drool and OOHHHH and AHHHHH!

Krafty Tips & Tuts - Adding Adhesive to Intricate Die Cuts (The Easy Way)

Hello!  Krafty Girl Larisa here sharing my first Krafty Tutorial with you guys!  Today, I will be sharing an easy way to add adhesive to intricate die cuts!  We all have them and we love to use them, but sometimes it can be a pain to glue intricate die cuts down without globs of glue oozing out.  So, today, I'm here to share a handy little Krafty Tip.  For this tutorial, I'll be featuring a stamp from the set A Bit Smart Assy 2 by Emilie Goulet. 

Here is the tag I'll be using, but it's not finished yet.   

First, choose your die and cut a piece of paper that is roughly the same size.

Then, cover the back side of the paper with any double-sided tape that has a paper backing on one side.   If you are working with a larger piece of paper, just use as many stripes as you need to cover the space. 

There are many different brands out there.  Any will work as long as it has a paper backing on one side. 

Place your die on the front side of your paper as you normally would and run through your die cutting machine. 

Remove the die cut from the paper and it should look something like this.  Leave the paper backing on until you are ready to place it on your project. 

Remove the paper backing from the die cut and you should be left with the sticky adhesive on the back of your die.  No mess and perfectly cut to fit!

Hey yall!!  Tangii here, this week's hostess is Miss Martha, but since she is soaking up some family time, I'm filling in for her. Martha's challenge for us is to CREATE A BACKGROUND USING STAMPS!!  Easy peasy ;-)  Martha used the FANCY FLAMINGOS set... the pineapple and the sentiment!
