Krafty Tips and Tuts - Mini-album with a 12x12 sheet

Good morning! Krafty Girl Melany here! Today, we'll do a mini-album with only one 12x12 sheet!

I made two of them using 3 stamps sets: Cool Critters, Holiday Village and Woodland Wonders. Here is a list of the items you'll need:

You will need the stamp set of your choice, black ink, coloring media of your choice, one 12x12 cardstocks, a 3 1/2x7inches cardstock scrap, patterned paper, a folding board and a folding bone, trimmer, glue and some embellishments.

First, take your 12x12 sheet and your folding board and score at every 3inches. Then, turn your 12x12 sheet and score at every 3 inches again (it creates 3x3 inches squares)

Then, cut like shown with the green lines

When this is done, fold in accordeon and then, fold to form the album

When you're finished with the folding, glue the separated parts

Now, you have to do the cover. Take your 3 1/2x7 inches cardstock and score and fold it at 3 1/4 and 3 3/4 inches

Before gluing everything together, I suggest you to embellish your album and your cover first. It's easier. Then, glue the album on its cover with the spine first and then, with the first and the last pages.

There you go!

I made two album using this technic:

I hope I inspired you and that you'll give those mini-album a try! The KKS stamps set with small images like Holiday Village, Gingerbread Kisses, Halloween Trinkets, Spooky Silhouettes or any of your choice make great embellishments for your mini-album pages and cover. Can't wait to see your mini-album! Come on our Facebook group to share your creation.  We always love to see you using Kraftin Kimmie products.

Have a very nice week!
