Hi everyone, It's Krafty girl Patti here and this week we are featuring the fabulous Solid Holiday, which you'll find on sale at 40% off all week!
I have been working on some holiday gift tags made out of wood ornaments, and I thought Solid Holiday had some simple but effective images to add to the middle of the tags!
First tag was created using the Wishing you a Merry and Bright Holiday.
I started by covering the wood tags in teal stencil butter, I then simply heat embossed the sentiment in white, and added Nuvo Drops.
My Second tag was a bit difficult to photograph due to the shimmer and shine.
I used the stag from this set.
I added a bit of a silver glimmer paste over top of the Lavish Lilac. This did change the hue a bit, but made the ornament so shimmery.
I then heat embossed the stag in silver embossing powder, and added Nuvo drops.
I love that these tags are a fun way to create with some Kraftin Kimmie products and simple dollar store wood tags.
On December 12th I will be showing live how I stain the tags with Kraftin Kimmie ink refills, and alcohol ink to customize it to any colour you may have in your stash!
The photos don't really do these tags justice, but I promise they will be loads of fun to learn!
