Inspirational Wednesday - Mermaid Kisses!

Good morning Krafty Friends!!

This week our hostess is HEATHER!!

Hi everyone!  This week I chose to use the fun stamp set, Mermaid Kisses. Mermaid Kisses! – Kraftin Kimmie Stamps 

This fun card was made with  two of the mermaid images stamped up with Kraftin Kimmie Wicked Black Ink Wicked Black Ink Pad! – Kraftin Kimmie Stamps then coloured with Copic markers and topped with some shimmer. I added a few shell and pearl embellishments to create this card .  Let's see what you create with this set.

This month's inspiration is the Ocean or WILD CARD.  Of course, I chose the wild card.  I chose my favourite (current)  stamp set,   Pandamonium.  

If you know me, I adore pandas and the colour purple.  I used both to make this slimline card.  I also made what I call a "faux shaker" card.  I used sequins placed randomly all over the background of the cutout.  The pandas were coloured with Copic markers, C9, 7,6, and of course purple.

Inspirational Wednesday - Squirrel Friends!

 

Good morning Krafty Friends!! 

Krafty Girl Rosie here to welcome you to another Inspirational Wednesday, the day of the week that we provide you with a little extra inspiration for your krafty projects!! 

This week our featured stamp set is Squirrel Friends!  Enjoy 40% OFF this sweet set all week long!

I stamped and coloured all the images in this set, then die cut with my Brother Scan n'Cut. The film strip is die cut from a die in the Mama Elephant Slim Film City Die set.

After deciding on the placement of the film strip I stamped the leaf pile and individual leaves directly on patterned paper from the Kaisercraft A Christmas Tale 6.5" paper pack, then coloured in with Ohuhu markers.

The middle squirrel is adhered with liquid adhesive and the left and right squirrels are popped up with foam adhesive.

I've stamped the sentiment directly on the patterned paper with Wicked Black Hybrid Ink.

This set strikes the right note for sure!!

How cute is this image!!  I've stamped in wicked black ink and coloured with Copic Markers with patterned papers  from my stash!!!  

Don't forget to stamp up the fun accessory images too.   I've used the floating lily pad with my bongo loving frog!  

The edges of the paper are ink distressed using Lovely Lagoon & Charming Chartreuse Kraftin' Kimmie ink.
