It's KRAFTY DAY!!

It’s KRAFTY DAY!!!  As most of you probably know, we are putting on a fantastic event today with all the local stampers and scrappers!!  Since most of our online friends aren’t able to join us, except in spirit, we thought we’d do something special!!

The attendees of Krafty Day will enjoy a lovely KKS tote bag filled with goodies and one of those goodies is a special commemorative stamp, created especially for the event!!  It’s called Best Friends which was created by our awesome artist, Annie Rodrigue!  Well, how would YOU like to get one too?!!  Beginning today and running only until Friday, October 21^st, each and every order over $75 before shipping and taxes will receive this stamp (worth $10) for FREE!!  How about that??!!

See YOU at Scrapfest!!!

We're totally stoked at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps because this weekend is Scrapfest in Oshawa!! This will be our very FIRST consumer craft show and we can't wait!!

We've been working like busy little beavers to prepare for this busy weekend....cutting and packaging and stamping!! And we have a SUPER exciting surprise for all the Scrapfest attendees! Wanna know what it is??? Well, as you probably know, if you are a KKStamps fan, we usually have a new release each month. And our October stamps haven't been released yet.....well, we just HAPPEN to have them all packaged up and ready to bring to Scrapfest to release THIS WEEKEND!!! Yep, yep!! Scrapfest attendees can purchase the soon to be released October Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!!

Our October release images are ready to help you make all those Christmas cards and holiday projects!! There are FIVE new adorable stamps from Steven Leary, featuring Miles and Mouse and all his friends! They are having some winter fun!! And of course we have SIX fantastic new Christmas themed stamps from Annie Rodrigue, each one comes with a bonus accessory stamp AND sentiment!! Can't beat that! And if you're going to be at Scrapfest, you get the first opportunity to get your inky little fingers on them. They aren't going to be released anywhere else until next Tuesday, October 19th!!! Heehee!

We've got a cute little tag for our make and take featuring a couple of the new Miles the Mouse stamps, so stop by and make one! You'll get to colour with some of the Krafty Girls from our amazing design team! You'll get to meet Tara Godfrey, Melanie Holtz, Krista Van Tol and Vicki Garrett!

Now just a reminder, this will be a CASH ONLY event for us, so be sure to stop at a bank machine on your way over. We've got lots of new goodies for you to see, plus you can pick up lots of other fun stamps from our previous releases to add to your collection! We'll have lots of past themes including: Halloween, Pinup Girls, Fairytales, Mermaids etc.....all ready to help you make fun cards and scrapbook pages!!

OH! And we'll also have our new Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps TOTE BAGS!! Have you seen them yet?? Super stylish and sturdy....perfect for carrying all your purchases!

I can't believe it's here already!!! Tomorrow is Krafty Day and we are jumping up and down with excitement!!! We've got SO much going on and SO many ladies coming to stamp with us!!

If you are local but are unable to make it out for the entire day, but would like to slip in to shop a little, you are MORE than welcome!!! We'll be at the Forest City Community Church at 3725 Bostwick Road in London, Ontario!! We'll be there from 9-5pm!!! Stop in and see myself and some of the awesome Krafty Girls!!

A Krafty Girl Meetup!!

Whew!! What a weekend! I'm still recovering from our little trip to Kitchener for Scrapfest! So much fun, so many new goodies and so many wonderful friends!!!

Krafty Andrea and I went up on Friday so that we could stay overnight and be at the Auditorium bright and early on Saturday morning. We had hoped to meet up with a couple more Krafty Girls but things didn't seem to be working out for us. Tara had planned to come with her friend but then something came up. Vicki was sick with a stomach bug....blech...poor girl! And Melanie was coming, then couldn't come, then finally...she came!!

So while Andrea and I shopped and chatted and visited with people like Emily Bella, Linda Heavens, Paula Williamson, Kimber McGray....we were trying to keep our eyes peeled for Melanie's red hair! Haha! We didn't see her anywhere during the first part of the day, so when we met up with Angie and Lori, we were so hungry from all the shoppin' that we decided to leave the Aud and go out for lunch!! We went to Red Lobster....yummmmm! Anyway, the minute that we walked back into Scrapfest, we saw Melanie!!! Yaaaay! It was so wonderful to finally meet this amazingly talented woman! She's so sweet and we chatted and hung out and looked for new goodies together! Wish we could have spent more time together....but I'm hoping there will be more events for us all to meet up at.....hopefully Tara and Vicki can make it too next time!

Hey....how about a Kraftin' Kimmie event?? An all day stamping event.....what do you think?? Would anyone be interested in something like that??? Hmmmm....something to ponder.

Probably THE most exciting part of my day.....was seeing Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps at the Scrapalicious booth!! What an absolute thrill!! I can't believe it....I may have even teared up a tiny bit! Of course I had to take pics! It was also pretty cool when people told me that they knew my stamps and love them! Super kool!!!
